"My name is Peter. I am from Vermont. I was planning a visit to Florida to visit a friend and I wanted to ride a motorcycle. My friend told me about these guys so I called and reserved a Fatboy. I couldn't wait. When I got here we went to pick up the bike. I rode it for 40 miles and returned it because I wanted something bigger. They simply, no questions asked, put me on a Road Glide. Boy was I a lot happier. I rode it for 3 days and enjoyed every minute of my visit to Florda. I might add that I had never ridden a Harley until this opportunity. I currently ride a Suzuki M90. This Street Glide has the same type of ride. SMOOTH! While I was riding it I said to myself I am going to inquire about the cost of a new one. The folks at Space Coast worked up some numbers for me to think about. Unfortunately at this time in my life I just can't buy a new one however, if and when I do decide to buy a new Harley I will probably come back to get it from this dealership.
The rental program is terrific and is a great way for people to try out a Harley. I recommend this rental program to anyone interested in trying a Harley or simply to enhance your visit to Florida. It was the BEST!

"I won't bore you with ALL the details, but a parts purchace which started out as a very bad situation because it was not what I wanted and I wanted to return for credit for a much larger purchase but was denied any consideration, ended up
as one of the best service experiences I've ever had. After finally working out the return situation with the manager, Steve Rayhorn, by chance got involved, and what an unbelieveable effort on his part to get me what I wanted. After the hard bags for my 2000 Heritage were written up as to what Harley had to offer, he came up with a configuration using after market brackets and the Road King hard bags (actually a little cheeper) which was beyond what I thought was was capable and far better looking than the hard bags Harley had to offer for my bike. Steve made it possible that I got delivery before my planned extended trip. Steve went far beyond just the expected service. Professional, couteous, knownledgable, -- just amazing. Steve Rayhorn is without question an asset to your business and deserves your appreciation. But its apparrent he recieves that as anyone can tell he loves his job. By the way I installed my new hard bags and my Heritage looks awesome. THANKS!!!!!!"

The last day of riding it was just the two of us heading to Cocoa Beach for lunch from Kissimmee via 192. Stopped to gas up in Melbourne. Leaving the station my front tire blew! "Ok, I know that I've submitted comments on here before but I'd be remised not to acknowledge the great service I received from both Irene and Raymond on my last visit. I've read many positive comments about Irene in the past and have been anxious to meet her. Let me say that those comments were well deserved. I was in to purchase Motorcycle Boots for my wife for Mother's Day and Irene was very helpful and friendly. Her knowledge of the products made for a relaxing and pleasurable shopping experience. She went as far as to try them on and give me additional feedback. Please tell me where else you can go and get this kind of service! My wife loves her boots and I have to give all the credit to Irene. Thank you!
Now I can never go into SCHD without shopping for myself or adding to my Wish list. I had the pleasure to work with Raymond on my ever growing Wish list. He was both informative and patient with me as we looked for items that I'd someday like to add to my Road King. I did make a purchase and he noticed quickly that I had picked up the wrong item. "I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with my purchase of a 2007 Road King Classic. My salesman Gene is the bomb. That guy did everything he could to put me on the bike. When I came I knew I wanted a Road King Classic but didn't expect to be leaving with one. Everything is down in "Top Notch Fashion" at SPHD. I had been to the previous location and didn't leave as impressed but things have really changed. I would buy from Gene again in a HEARTBEAT! As a matter of fact, my wife has already started to think about what bike she will buy from him.
We also had a great experience with Parts and Service! Raymond (Parts) was more than happy to take his time and show me what next great part to add to my RK. In this time and age, so many times as a customer you get the feeling that the salesman doesn't appreciate your business and takes you for granted but that's not the case here. The Service Department is the same way. These people actually go out their way and appreciate your business. That sure is refreshing!

" I have been riding Harley Davidsons my whole life. Seen the industry evolve, and watched alot of shops fall to the wayside as far as customer service goes. I came to Palm Bay a year and a half ago and puchased a new motorcycle. The experience was simple, easy, and pleasurable. The staff was helpful and knowledgable. Since then I have traded and puchased another bike from you as well. I have to say that all my service work and purchases at your dealership have been nothing butoutstanding. Mike, Sean and all the techs are professional and cutreous. Everything is always done in a timely manner. As a matter of fact I experienced a breakdown, and Mike expeditiously got the truck out to my location, got me back to my house and hauled the bike up to the shop for evaluation in 2 hours from the initial phone call. That is what I call impeccable
Raymond and all the parts personnel are also helpful, knowledgeable and cordial. As well as all the motorclothes girls too.
I constantly hear horro stories at about alot of dealerships and thier lack of attention to customer service. Due to your qualified staff I travel from south Vero, without a second thought, to conduct all my business involving my motorcycle. As a former Marine, my standards are high, you guys exceeded those standards for sure.

"After picking out my new bike there, we went home to get the trailer to bring it home on, I made a few phone calls to other shops and no one could even come close to the price at Spacecoast! Everyone there is outgoing, super-friendly, helpful and knowleable.
Rick and Andy were great and the lady (sorry,can't recall her name) that helped me with the helmet and sun glass's was great too!
