A Flat-Out bar is used for engine protection. Unlike larger crash bars, this unit is minimally invasive but sufficient to prevent engine case contact in low-speed tip-over situations. The minimal design reduces visual clutter and adds protection without increasing frontal weight.
 

Digital Interface and Operating Software

The motorcycle uses a 12.3-inch TFT touchscreen running the Skyline™ OS interface. The screen consolidates operational data including speed, rpm, fuel, temperature, navigation, and ride mode selection. It provides visibility in variable lighting conditions and is built for tactile input through gloves.

The onboard system supports multiple inputs and includes integration with the Rockford Fosgate® Stage II audio system. Cornering Enhanced ABS calculates required brake pressure in real time to prevent lockup while turning. Cornering Enhanced Traction Control reduces rear-wheel spin by monitoring engine output and rear wheel speed. Cornering Enhanced Drag-Torque Slip Control manages downshift-induced deceleration and prevents rear wheel lock during abrupt throttle release. These systems adjust dynamically and are active without requiring manual input.

Electronic Linked Braking distributes braking pressure between front and rear wheels. Cornering Enhanced Linked Braking modifies distribution when the bike is leaned to maintain the intended path through a turn.

Vehicle Hold Control temporarily maintains brake pressure after the lever or pedal is released. This is used to prevent rollback on inclines and is activated with a short squeeze while stopped. 

A Tire Pressure Monitoring System is also integrated. It delivers live pressure values to the dashboard display and alerts the rider if pressure exceeds defined safe operating ranges.
